How does the treatment program work? When does it start/stop?
Each treatment program has a frequency indicated on the treatment page (1, 5, or 6 steps). Our treatment programs follow the season: starting in March or April and continuing until October or November. Because we follow the season, your personalized plan will only include treatments remaining for the current season. If possible, we will complete all treatments. If not, you will only receive the remaining treatments necessary only– and so you’ll save on unnecessary treatments!
How does the guarantee work?
If at any time your lawn doesn’t look right give us a call; any re-treat service you may need between sprays is free of charge! We guarantee our work. However, make sure you are following the treatment plan and watering/care tips outlined here.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, of course. We want you to be happy. Shamrock’s service does continue from year to year until you say otherwise. Simply contact us at any time to pause your service.
Do you offer prepay discounts?
Yes, if you’d like to prepay for the year we are happy to arrange that. Our pre-payment discount is available every year. We also regularly offer referral credits and other giveaways for referring friends or reviewing us on Facebook and Google.
How does the first treatment discount work?
If you begin with a discounted first treatment, it’s important to know that discount only applies for the first treatment. You are agreeing to a treatment plan for the season. You can of course cancel at anytime, but we invite you to try the full length of the service to actually see results, and because we are offering the first treatment essentially at a loss for us! We want to show you what we can do.
Anything else?
The most important factor in keeping a green healthy lawn is regular maintenance and watering. Our green lawn guarantee assumes that you regularly water and maintain your lawn.
